Discipline does not have to be hard...


Discipline does not have to be hard. Discipline does not have to be terrible. Discipline can be fun and joyful. Finding the joy in discipline goes all the way back to mindset. If you believe that discipline is a negative thing, you're probably never going to have it. People who have mastered discipline have shown that you can be disciplined and have fun while cultivating that skill.

The more disciplined you become, the more excellence you will experience in every aspect of life. Excellent people do things a little differently than the average Joe. They show up early, they move differently, they carry a confidence that commands respect. And whether you want the attention or not, people notice this difference, and they look at you, wondering what is it that you do differently. So, continue to train that discipline muscle, and you will notice changes in all area of your life. The only discipline that lasts is self-discipline.

And most importantly, self-discipline will allow you to live the life that you were designed to live, to help you reach your life vision, and to have fun and be healthy!
